| "A great resource, learners enjoy sequencing the alphabet on the magnetic mat which is ideally sized for individual 1:1 work. The colour is pleasing and makes a change from the usual white background but for those who prefer the white then the reverse has the alphabet on white- useful for learners starting off with their alphabet as it reinforces and build confidence. The magnetic feature is great as the foam letters stay put quite well. I am not without mine when working with any literacy or teaching group. It is so portable as it rolls up but you do need to lay it out flat if not in use for a while to prevent spontaneous curling! Would be useful if Smart Kids did a special bag like the art folders to keep it in along with the magnetic letters." | |
