These large foam magnetic letters are colour coded to make learning easier and fun. After whole class instruction children can break up into pairs and practise with the smaller Smart Phonics magnetic letters (available separately) for reinforcement and consolidation. Contains 26 large magnets (height of letters range from 80mm to 118mm and 8mm thick).

Quality Magnets

Strong quality magnets great for letter work on boards. I purchased these for children that I work with who have visual impairment, they are strong and I think will be very durable even with lots of daily use.

Great resource for teaching letter formation

These letters are fantastic for showing the letter formation families!
We know these are great for phonics, but they have other uses!
In a workshop today, I got parents to group them in their letter families and the lightbulbs were flashing!
I also use them with children to trace the all important formation movements. Superb resource.
Thank you for selling the alphabet on its own, although the digraphs are also brilliant for exploring letter joining.
